The Draft Neighbourhood Development Plan for Bookham has now been passed to Mole Valley for examination by the Planning Inspectorate. 

Once the Plan has now been through the examination processand will be voted on in a Referendum to be held on Thursday 4th May 2017.  All Bookham electors can vote whether to accept it as planning policy for development proposals that are put forward in the village in future.  The final approved Plan will be published here for download as soon as it is available.

Mole Valley Housing and Traveller Sites Plan Terminated

For full details about the decision to terminate the Plan and how this affects the Neighbourhood Development Plan visit the Mole Valley Planning Dept website.

Housing and Traveller Sites Plan

The Consultation on additional sites suggested for inclusion in the Housing and Traveller Sites Plan has been published and will run from 09/06/14 00:01 to 21/07/14 16:00.  This link will take you to the Mole Valley webpage where you can view and comment on the sites added.


Forum Designation

The Forum has now been designated - at last the serious business of producing the Neighbourhood Plan can begin.  For more information about the designatin process look at the Mole Valley Neighbourhood Planning Page.
